How long does delivery take?

- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.
- For most in-stock items, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional lead time — every detail is crafted with care, and we’ll keep you informed at each stage.
- International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance.
- Every shipment is handled with the same mindfulness as our design process — ensuring your tuning machine arrives safely.

- No. Any applicable import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- These charges are set by your destination country and vary by location. They are outside our control, and Kraken does not receive any portion of them. Keeping them separate allows us to maintain consistent product pricing for customers worldwide.
- Contact your local customs office for guidance on potential charges before placing your order.

We offer a no-questions-asked, two-year warranty covering exchanges, repairs, and maintenance. Simply send your tuning machines back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
For cleaning your tuning machine and to keep it at optimal state, follow these procedures:
- Wipe the plates, buttons and rollers with a soft microfiber cloth after playing.
- Remove fingerprints with mild soapy water on a lightly dampened cloth; dry immediately.
- Gently remove dust from the gears with a soft brush—never use abrasive cleaners or metal polish.
- Apply a tiny drop of dry PTFE/Teflon lubricant to the gear teeth every 6–12 months, then rotate the buttons to distribute it.
- Wipe away excess lubricant immediately. Avoid over-lubricating, disassembling or overtightening the tuners.
Thoughtful care doesn’t just protect your tuning machine — it deepens the beauty that comes with time.
